What's life like as a Senior Sales Engineer?
Focused on the Enterprise segment, you'll be a strategic partner to our sales organisation, leading technical discovery and solutioning across large-scale, multi-region organisations. You'll bring deep HCM domain knowledge, credibility with executive stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex requirements into compelling value narratives that differentiate HiBob in a competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business, translate, and configure applications to meet business needs
• Deep understanding of the enterprise HCM landscape with the ability to advise on HR transformation, data strategy, and integration architectures.
• Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting
• Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
• Executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior HR, IT, and Finance leaders.
• Strong business acumen and storytelling skills - able to tie technical capabilities to business outcomes like operational efficiency, compliance, or employee experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action - comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ownership and initiative are key.
• The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (integrations)
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• A passion for winning, with a team player mentality
