As a Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll combine your technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem solving to help enterprise merchants design and implement scalable, reliable solutions on the Affirm platform. Evaluate tradeoffs across merchant constraints, platform capabilities, and non-functional requirements, and design tailored solutions aligned with each merchant’s business and technical priorities.

  • Merchant Trust: You will be responsible for building the trust of your technical counterparts, both internally and externally, while also fostering long term relationships with our Enterprise & Key merchants.

  • Partner Success: Partner with sales and partner engineering teams to drive opportunities for our largest customers, leading solution strategy and laying groundwork for successful implementations.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
