Job Description
What you’ll do:
This is your opportunity to join a fast paced business and make your mark in shaping the reward offering across the company. Our People team support the attraction, retention, and engagement of exceptional people.
- Lead the delivery of the annual remuneration review and incentive payments including budget allocation analysis, employee and leader education, system configuration and management briefings.
- Be a job evaluation champion responsible for implementation and supporting of our benchmarking framework and providing sound advice regarding evaluations to the People team and carsales people leaders.
- Delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights for internal management reports.
Grow our benefit programs; building visibility for our people and managing relationships with external providers. - Act as a trusted adviser to the People team and people leaders on all associated reward and benefits matters, developing fit-for-purpose solutions based on business needs which drive the right business outcomes.
- Support the Reward Manager to design, develop and implement new policies and initiatives and contribute to global reward projects to support carsales strategy and growth objectives.
- Deliver analyses of people data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of people insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and improvement of business performance.
Qualifications
What we are looking for?
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Proven experience in Reward within a medium to large organisation, including practical experience in leading reward project delivery, benchmarking, job evaluation, incentives, and benefits management.
- Knowledge of market trends and contemporary HR principles and philosophies.
- Advanced Excel, numeracy and analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and draw insights from multiple data sources
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and partner with the business and senior management
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or another related field (desired but not essential).
