We're now looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our Wealth Management Product team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and quality of product data that powers our market-leading financial advice solutions.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in:

  • Analysing and interpreting life insurance, investment and superannuation products, with a focus on policy definitions, product features, and market comparisons.

  • Monitoring and updating product data to ensure our software solutions remain current, accurate, and reliable for clients across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely product changes are reflected in our technology platforms.

  • Responding to customer and vendor queries regarding our product rating methodology and data interpretation.

  • Supporting software testing and ensuring product-related solutions function as intended for our clients.

  • Engaging in other business priorities as directed, contributing to the overall success and quality of our Wealth solutions.

What you will bring:

  • Deep knowledge of financial products in the financial services domain. Particular knowledge of insurance, investment, and superannuation sectors is highly advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to dissect complex policy definitions and product disclosure documents.

  • A high level of attention to detail, discipline, and a commitment to accuracy in data handling and delivery.

  • Proven ability to design and execute software testing scripts/procedures to validate functionality and ensure client outcomes.

  • High levels of organisational and written communication skills, especially grammar and documentation accuracy.

  • Solid computer literacy and an interest in how software applications are designed, tested, and used in practice.
