We are now looking for a Senior OEM/Partner Sales Manager – Australia/New Zealand (ANZ)

We are seeking an experienced senior partner manager with a consistent record of leading and winning impactful advanced technology engagements in the enterprise partner ecosystem. This full-time, partner and customer-facing position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA go-to-market, account management, product marketing, solution architects, and developer relations teams to drive revenue for the company through strategic engagements our partner sales ecosystem. The role requires a solid understanding of the enterprise business ecosystem and a track record of sales success with the enterprise business, across multiple verticals. You need the skills to shift easily from working with partner C-level executives, technology architects and AI practitioners.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for formulation and execution of partner strategy for OEMs and their downstream Channel in ANZ

  • Work with these strategic partners to build positive relationship ensuring business objectives are met

  • Drive joint business planning and execution with the partners through an established framework and cadence

  • Serve as single point of contact and trusted advisor to the local teams of the OEMs for any business-related questions and needs

  • Align OEMs and their Channel to the ANZ sales and development strategy

  • Collaborate with NVIDIA's ANZ and regional cross-functional teams in driving Enterprise partner pipeline. Allocate relevant resources to drive deals closures, ensuring revenue targets are met

  • Build & drive a continuous enablement plan for OEMs and their Channel on NVIDIA’s solutions and focus areas

What we need to see:

  • 15+ years of experience with bachelor's or master's degree

  • Established track record leading projects and delivering AI solutions in the enterprise datacenter modernization & cloud infrastructure space

  • Experience in regional management, preferably working with OEMs like DELL, Lenovo or HPE

  • Regional-level building and management of downstream Channel including distributors, solution providers and value-added resellers

  • Reasonable level of technical proficiency. Ability to quickly learn new technologies

  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of confidence to large and small audiences

  • Inclusive and collaborative – driving partnership and cross-functional alignment

  • Strong partner business execution and relationship management
