The Role You’ll PlayAs a Senior Recruiter, you’ll help shape Mindbody’s future by bringing in exceptional talent that fuels our growth. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy to close, while building meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders alike.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact GTM roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with business leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that align with company goals
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement
• Advise hiring teams with data-driven insights to guide decisions and set expectations
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, balancing the needs of candidates, hiring managers, and the business
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continually evolve sourcing strategies and tools
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in Greenhouse and ensure all candidate interactions reflect our brand values
• Collaborate closely with People & Culture Business Partners to deliver seamless, efficient hiring experiences
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across GTM or technical roles
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively across teams
• Data-savvy approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable hiring strategies
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Tech fluency and curiosity, with an understanding of systems, software, and digital tools
• High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel once per year for talent acquisition team gatherings
