Position Summary
As a Senior Production Artist, you’re embedded in a slot game development pod, partnering day-to-day with Engineering and QA to deliver polished, game-ready content. You also collaborate closely with Art Direction, Illustration, Animation, and Design to keep the creative vision cohesive while ensuring assets are built, integrated, tested, and optimized for run-time performance.

Essential Job Functions
Own art implementation end-to-end (pre-production through release): plan the build, assemble assets for engine, validate results, and drive issues to closure.
Support pre-production by researching slot references and trends, gathering visual benchmarks, and creating quick mockups/prototypes that clarify scope and feasibility.
Prepare, package, and integrate 2D assets (UI, typography, symbols, characters, animations, effects elements) into the game engine using proprietary toolset.
Partner with Engineering and QA to troubleshoot visual/technical issues and keep content performant on target devices.
Maintain clean organization (file hygiene, naming conventions, version control discipline) and keep documentation current.
Mentor production artists through reviews and practical pipeline guidance.
Qualifications:
7+ years in game art / art integration roles (mobile slots/social casino a plus).
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) with a track record of producing runtime-ready assets.
Experience integrating assets in game engines and working within performance constraints (memory, file size, load time).
Comfortable working in an iterative, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Portfolio demonstrating shipped work and hands-on implementation/optimization.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to quickly learn and utilize proprietary software
Experience in MS Office
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow direction and accept constructive criticism
Excellent organizational skills; problem solving skills, and high attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet multiple concurrent deadlines
