As a Senior Product Owner, you will translate business goals into deliverables, collaborate with engineers, manage product backlogs, and drive product strategy in an eCommerce environment.

In this role you will:
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable deliverables that can be rapidly shipped to production.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to define, refine, and prioritise scope in line with evolving business priorities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for your product area, with a deep understanding of customer needs, data insights, and commercial drivers.
- Own the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical input, and stakeholder priorities to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Lead product planning, release coordination, and cross-functional alignment to ensure features are delivered efficiently and with measurable impact.
- Drive a focus on experimentation and fast iteration, learning quickly from what works and what doesn’t.
- Support multiple initiatives across the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to optimisation.
- Partner with the Head of Product to coach and support product team members, helping build capability and drive high performance.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on priorities, progress, and results.
- Measure and report business value delivered, using insights to shape ongoing product strategy.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in startup or eCommerce environments.
- A strong grasp of agile principles and a bias for shipping fast and iterating based on real feedback.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable working across business, design, and engineering.
- Proven ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving settings where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into clear product outcomes.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with a knack for balancing commercial goals and user experience.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a natural inclination to take ownership and drive results.
