As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will shape product strategy, deliver market positioning, execute go-to-market strategies, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and customer adoption in a healthcare-focused company.
Product Marketing Manager
The Role
As Lyrebird’s first Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our product connects with the market and our customers. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer, helping us define and execute both go-to-market (GTM) and product strategy, translate technical features into compelling customer-facing narratives, and support growth with competitive insights and data-led storytelling.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our messaging is sharp, our product strategy is externally informed, and our GTM materials resonate with clinicians. As part of a lean, high-performing team, you'll also roll up your sleeves to support broader marketing or product initiatives as needed.
About us
Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time consuming tasks. Thousands of clinicians use Lyrebird across many disciplines — and this number is increasing every day.
These clinicians trust us to deliver a fast, reliable, and secure experience, and we value this more than anything. We want to earn trust while continuing to amaze our users.
What You'll Do
- Shape our product strategy using data, market, customer and competitor insights to inform both direction and focus
- Deliver market positioning and messaging that translates technical features into compelling customer value propositions.
- Deliver go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and product updates — including launch plans, release comms, and sales enablement.
- Own competitive and market intelligence — maintain a clear view of the market landscape, identify customer needs and whitespace, and influence product strategy with actionable insights.
- Create high-quality customer-facing content — pitch decks, landing pages, product one-pagers, onboarding emails, and in-app messaging.
- Collaborate across teams — partner with product, design, and engineering to refine positioning and deliver smooth launches; work with marketing and customer success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Monitor and report on performance — gather and interpret data on messaging effectiveness, feature adoption, and GTM performance to continually improve our approach.
- Be flexible and hands-on — contribute to broader marketing or product work-streams in line with company priorities.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company. Healthcare or AI experience a bonus.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives from complex technical capabilities.
- Strong market analysis skills and experience influencing product direction with customer and competitive insights.
- Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) with high-impact campaigns and in-product messaging.
- Confident working in a startup or small-team environment: proactive, hands-on, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a deep sense of user empathy.
- A builder mindset — you love moving fast, solving problems, and creating clarity from ambiguity.
- A team-first attitude — collaborative, humble, and committed to collective success.
At Lyrebird, we don’t just write code — you’ll help shape the future of the human experience.
If you want to pioneer, to create, and to see your work touch lives directly, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who’ll benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. If you’re from an underrepresented background in tech, we especially encourage you to apply — even if you don’t meet every single requirement.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
