Product at Easygo

At Easygo, product is at the centre of everything we do. From launching new ventures to scaling global platforms, our product teams operate at the intersection of user needs, technical innovation, and strategic growth.

As we continue to scale, we’re investing in deep product specialisation to elevate every touchpoint of our digital experiences. This role will play a foundational part in building and leading our mobile product function.

 Why Join Us?

As a Senior Product Manager focused on mobile, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the mobile strategy for Stake—our global investing platform. You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, and leadership to create a best-in-class mobile experience across iOS and Android.

  • High-Impact Role: Own our end-to-end mobile product strategy and execution.

  • Foundational Opportunity: Be one of the first hires into a new mobile-dedicated function.

  • Build for Scale: Shape the future of mobile experiences for a growing, global user base.

  • Lead with Excellence: Set the standard for mobile UX, performance, and platform alignment.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing, and support.

 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Mobile to build and lead the mobile product strategy at Stake. Until now, mobile has been led by our core product teams—but we’ve reached a stage where it demands dedicated ownership and focus.

This is a unique opportunity to create clarity, drive momentum, and elevate our mobile offering into a category-defining experience. You’ll bring deep mobile expertise, a strong product mindset, and a hands-on approach to execution. You’ll partner across the business to ensure our mobile products meet the highest standards of performance, design, and usability.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes mobile, thrives on autonomy, and is excited to shape one of Australia’s most ambitious fintech products.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead Stake’s mobile product strategy across iOS and Android.

  • Build and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with company goals.

  • Identify and address gaps in mobile UX, performance, and platform conventions.

  • Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing immediate impact with long-term strategic value.

  • Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to execute high-quality mobile features.

  • Be the internal authority on mobile—guiding teams on best practices, release management, and platform expectations.

  • Shift internal mindset towards mobile-first thinking across all business areas.

  • Communicate roadmap, decisions, and priorities effectively across stakeholders.

 Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused on mobile apps (iOS and Android).

  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact mobile experiences in high-growth environments.

  • Deep understanding of mobile-specific behaviours, frameworks, UX conventions, and performance metrics.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • High-agency, self-starter mindset with a strong bias for action and delivery.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environments.

 Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on consumer-facing mobile products in fintech, marketplaces, or high-traffic platforms.

  • Strong intuition for user behaviour backed by data, research, and experimentation.

  • Familiarity with app store dynamics, native development cycles, and release processes.

  • Passion for crafting world-class user experiences tailored to mobile platforms.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
