Product at Easygo

At Easygo, product is at the centre of everything we do. From launching new ventures to scaling global platforms, our product teams operate at the intersection of user needs, technical innovation, and strategic growth.

As we continue to scale, we’re investing in deep product specialisation to elevate every touchpoint of our digital experiences. This role will play a foundational part in building and leading our mobile product function.

 Why Join Us?

As a Senior Product Manager focused on mobile, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the mobile strategy for Easygo. You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, and leadership to create a best-in-class mobile experience across iOS and Android.

  • High-Impact Role: Own our end-to-end mobile product strategy and execution.

  • Foundational Opportunity: Be one of the first hires into a new mobile-dedicated function.

  • Build for Scale: Shape the future of mobile experiences for a growing, global user base.

  • Lead with Excellence: Set the standard for mobile UX, performance, and platform alignment.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing, and support.

 About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager – Mobile to build and lead the mobile product strategy at Easygo. Until now, mobile has been led by our core product teams—but we have grown to the stage where a dedicated and specialised mobile function is critical. This role will be a foundational hire for that function and will play a pivotal role in shaping Easygo's mobile future

The ideal candidate will be someone with deep product experience, who lives and breathes mobile, and who knows what excellence looks like in mobile UX, performance, and platform-specific user behaviour. You should bring a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading mobile products in high-growth environments. You’ll be expected to both set direction and execute on it, working closely with engineers and designers to ensure we deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Easygo leadership to co-create and drive Easygo’s mobile product strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and design leads to set a clear mobile vision and roadmap, and then roll up your sleeves to ensure delivery.
  • Identify gaps in user experience, performance, platform alignment, and infrastructure, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing short-term wins with long-term value, while aligning decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Break down complex initiatives into clear requirements, tickets, and milestones, and work with engineers to drive delivery at pace.
  • Define and champion what “great” looks like on iOS and Android across performance, UI/UX, retention levers, OS conventions, and release management.
  • Serve as a key voice in the leadership group for mobile, communicating strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly to executives and the wider organisation.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, data, customer support, and operations to deliver features and fixes that move the needle.
  • Influence and inspire the organisation to prioritise mobile as a core, differentiated experience - not a secondary channel.
 Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on mobile apps (iOS and Android).
  • Proven experience driving mobile product strategy and execution in partnership with senior leadership, engineering, and design.
  • Deep understanding of mobile-specific nuances: performance, user behaviour, UX/UI conventions, native frameworks, app store dynamics, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management - able to create clarity, build consensus, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to operate with high agency, ownership, and accountability, comfortable switching between strategy and on-the-tools execution
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on consumer-facing mobile products in tech, marketplaces, or high-traffic platforms.
  • Strong intuition for user behaviour backed by data, research, and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with app store dynamics, native development cycles, and release processes.
  • Passion for crafting world-class user experiences tailored to mobile platforms.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
