About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across a core area of Kick’s platform. While this role is not limited to live streaming, deep knowledge of the live streaming space, or adjacent areas like creator platforms, social media, or entertainment is highly valued.

This is a senior role requiring strong product intuition, technical fluency, and experience leading complex initiatives from strategy through delivery. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to define strategy, create clarity, and deliver impact for both creators and viewers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is motivated by big opportunities, and has a passion for building world-class consumer products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product strategy for your domain.
  • Build and maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap aligned to company goals.
  • Identify user and business problems, validate solutions, and lead execution.
  • Prioritise initiatives effectively—balancing short-term wins and long-term value.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, data, and other teams to deliver impactful features and experiences.
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, and decisions clearly across stakeholders.
  • Establish and champion product best practices across Kick’s growing product organisation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
  • Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset, backed by data and research.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, platforms, and digital ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in live streaming, creator platforms, gaming, entertainment, or social products.
  • Background in both early-stage and scaled product environments.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Google Analytics or similar.
Some of the perks of joining us:
  • Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform
  • Be rewarded with lucrative annual bonuses
  • EAP access for you and your family
  • Fuel your day with daily breakfast and open pantries brimming with unlimited snacks and refreshments, all on the house
  • Give back with a paid volunteer day
  • Break up the week with on site remedial massage Wednesdays
  • In house full-time barista’s providing you your daily coffee needs
  • Weekly team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays
  • Enjoy a bustling office with the option for up to 2 days work from home per week
  • Fun office environment with F1 simulators, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
