About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Internal Empowerment to lead all product and engineering needs for Easygo’s internal teams.

This role is about empowering internal teams—owning and evolving our digital front door (Easygo landing page), building and maintaining critical internal platforms, assisting our SEO team, and creating tools and workflows that unblock operational teams so they can move faster.

You’ll be measured not just by what you directly ship, but by the outsized impact you enable across the Easygo ecosystem. Success in this role relies heavily on your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across functions, aligning stakeholders with diverse priorities and ensuring internal products deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Easygo’s digital front door (corporate landing page) to support brand, discoverability, and SEO performance.
  • Partner with internal teams to design, deliver, and optimise tools and workflows that maximise growth.
  • Identify bottlenecks and design solutions that unblock and accelerate internal teams, driving efficiency at scale.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, creating clarity and alignment between teams.
  • Facilitate cross-collaboration across engineering, design, operations, data, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Internal Empowerment domain.
  • Establish success metrics to measure how internal products increase team efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Champion best practices in internal product building—balancing speed, usability, and maintainability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality solutions that improve workflows and unlock measurable efficiency gains.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—adept at creating clarity across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-collaboration across engineering, design, and business functions.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in both high-growth startup and scaled product environments.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills; ability to create clarity for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern product and workflow tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Amplitude, Figma, Airtable).
  • Technical fluency with APIs and integrations to streamline internal platforms.
Some of the perks of joining us:
  • Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform
  • Be rewarded with lucrative annual bonuses
  • EAP access for you and your family
  • Fuel your day with daily breakfast and open pantries brimming with unlimited snacks and refreshments, all on the house
  • Give back with a paid volunteer day
  • Break up the week with on site remedial massage Wednesdays
  • In house full-time barista’s providing you your daily coffee needs
  • Weekly team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays
  • Enjoy a bustling office with the option for up to 2 days work from home per week
  • Fun office environment with F1 simulators, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
