About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join the CommSee crew. If you thrive in ambiguity, love turning complexity into clarity, and are equally comfortable running discovery sessions, facilitating workshops, and getting hands-on in the pixels—always asking “what’s next?”—we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, playing a key role in shaping both the product and the broader customer experience.
We’re building an evolved, product-focused way of working across product, design, and engineering. You’ll be joining a newly formed crew and will help define our methodologies and ways of working as we continue to mature.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end product design, from discovery through to delivery, with an iterative mindset.
Identify and lead discovery work to uncover problems, define focus areas, and validate opportunities.
Plan, facilitate, and synthesise user research using the right methods for the problem at hand.
Collaborate closely with your product trio to identify problems, define direction and scope, and iteratively deliver solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and library to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Effectively manage communication and build strong stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience across the full product design lifecycle, including research, discovery, design, and delivery.
An outcome-focused, adaptable mindset, with the ability to evolve your approach as new insights and challenges emerge.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a genuine love of collaboration—whether sketching ideas on a whiteboard with engineers or presenting strategic concepts to senior stakeholders.
Strong influencing skills to drive strategy and outcomes, always advocating for our users.
A passion for data and metrics, with the ability to turn insights into meaningful action.
Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design using industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma).
Strong foundations in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
The ability to think beyond the pixels, with an understanding of business priorities, user psychology, and technical constraints.
A passion for staying ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI).
Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
