  • Design and implement strategies for portfolio growth and optimisation, focusing on risk-adjusted returns and customer life-time value.

  • Working with the Product team on offer-development to drive growth in the portfolio (including Top-Up, Retention, Redraw and X-sell offers)

  • Working with Product and Marketing to translate new customer management programs into marketing execution plans.

  • Undertake a value driven approach to monitor program performance at a campaign and offer level and make necessary adjustments via a robust test and learn approach

  • Track key portfolio metrics to measure the success of launched initiatives

Ideally, we're looking for the following:

  • Over 5 years working experience in banking and financial industry (Loans experience desirable but other financial services product experience is suffice)

  • Previous experience in a portfolio management role is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes and drive customer behavioural change though campaign execution and/or capability build.

  • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of customer drivers, behaviours and P&L

  • Good understanding of loan receivables and marketing platforms and processes

  • Strong business acumen and initiative management skills

  • Highly analytical with strong numeric sense

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

We are driving an environment and experience that is open, authentic, inclusive, energetic, progressive and innovative. If you are comfortable in a fast moving and changing environment and operating with levels of ambiguity…we would love to chat with you.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
