About the role
As a Senior People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling strong, people centred decision making.
You will operate across both strategic and hands-on people partnering, bringing a strong commercial lens to complex workforce matters while leading initiatives that grow our leadership capability, performance, engagement and culture. This role requires confidence influencing at senior levels, sound judgement, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Other responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic people advice to senior leaders across performance, conduct, change and employee relations matters
- Influencing and translating organisational priorities into practical people strategies and workforce outcomes
- Coaching leaders to build capability in performance management, communication and effective leadership behaviours
- Designing and delivering people initiatives across performance, talent, engagement, leadership, culture and change
- Using data, insights and trends to inform recommendations and support sound decision making
- Building strong, influential relationships across the business to understand context, risks and opportunities

About you

You will bring:
- Extensive experience in a senior HR Business Partner or advisory role supporting senior leaders
- Strong employee relations expertise with sound judgement in people matters
- Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders constructively
- Comfortable operating in fast changing, high growth or operational environments
- Alignment with CDC’s Values – you are committed, meticulous in your thinking, and tenacious in pursuing strong, sustainable people outcomes
Essential
Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance
