🚀 About the Role
As Quantum Metric continues to deliver significant incremental value to customers by leveraging GenAI on top of the experience analytics platform we are known for, we continue to be pulled into more and more business value driving use cases, many of which relate to contact center, service and improving customer experiences.
Familiarity with the contact center environment (chat, call center agents, call center software and processes, call obviation projects, etc.) will be a significant asset.
Quantum Metric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced strategic and technical individual to lead the development and management of the Services, SI’s and Technology partnership program across the Americas. There are a number of early stage partnerships established that need to be developed further in addition to a series of new partnership opportunities that will arise (some proposed by the person in this position).
You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with global and regional SIs, as well as specialized services organizations that can implement and advise on Quantum Metric's solutions. Your success will directly contribute to Quantum Metric's revenue growth by accelerating our sales pipeline and ensuring successful customer deployments through partner-led services.
🔧 What You'll Do:
- Partner Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for SIs and Services Partners, aligning with Quantum Metric's overall go-to-market objectives.
- Partner Identification & Recruitment: Proactively identify, qualify, and recruit new strategic SI and Services Partners who are a strong fit for Quantum Metric's technology and market needs. This includes global SIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, EY) and regional specialists.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships within partner organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic partnership activities.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, including identifying target accounts, defining co-selling motions, establishing referral agreements, and planning joint marketing activities.
- Enablement & Education: Work closely with Quantum Metric's sales, product, and solutions engineering teams to ensure partners are adequately trained, enabled, and resourced to effectively position, sell, and implement Quantum Metric's platform.
- Pipeline Generation: Drive joint pipeline generation activities with partners, including joint account planning, client introductions, workshops, and participation in industry events.
- Sales Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Quantum Metric's direct sales organization to integrate partners into account strategies, facilitate deal registrations, and support partner-led sales cycles.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
- Ecosystem Development: Potentially explore and foster strategic alliances with complementary technology companies (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, commercetools) where SI partnerships are crucial for ecosystem development.
💡 What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business development, alliance management, or strategic partnerships within an Enterprise SaaS software company.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with large System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, EY) at a strategic level.
- Experience establishing and growing partnerships with leading technology ecosystem players (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) where SIs are integral to the ecosystem. Knowledge and experience from building integrated product solutions a definite bonus.
- Deep understanding of the Enterprise SaaS sales cycle and how partners contribute to accelerating revenue.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand partner business models, identify win-win opportunities, and negotiate complex agreements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives, sales teams, and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly collaborative team player with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% (as needed) to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Compensation: $190-220,000 base
