We're now looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join us at the centre of this strategic transformation. You'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimising the organisation's network infrastructure.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise in networking technologies and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure high availability, reliability and security of the network operating environment.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalated support.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend network enhancements.
• Deliver high-quality network services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Optimise network performance and scalability
• Document configurations and procedures.
• Transition technologies from delivery to operations.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 5+ years experience in network engineering roles
• Expertise across multiple networking technologies  - Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper 
• Experience and thorough understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes such as change management, incident management, configuration management.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols -TCP/IP, WiFI, WAN, LAN and Routing protocols
• Experience with network security measures (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
