The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?  

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst as a critical hire as we scale across APAC, North America, and EMEA, giving the Marketing team the systems, data, audience, and reporting support needed to execute faster and generate pipeline. 

This is a hands-on Marketing Ops role sitting inside our RevOps team, owning the data and systems layer behind demand generation and improving how Marketing turns activity into pipeline. You'll partner closely with our Global Head of Marketing — owning HubSpot for marketing use cases, lead lifecycle, audiences and segmentation, and the reporting that connects campaigns to revenue.

Key Responsibilities: 

You'll own the data and systems layer behind demand generation. Day to day, that means: 

  • Marketing systems and tooling — owning HubSpot for marketing use cases, and working across our wider RevOps and MarTech stack 

  • Growth Marketing execution — owning the targeting and reach infrastructure behind every campaign, including audiences, segments, and suppression logic across platforms, syncing into Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and taking on the operational work behind campaigns 

  • Lead flow and data quality — building lead lifecycle flows from lead to MQL to SQL, owning capture, enrichment, validation, scoring inputs, and handoff logic 

  • Reporting and analytics — building reporting across lead, MQL, pipeline, and revenue, owning campaign tracking and attribution, and analysing funnel performance to surface gaps and bottlenecks 

  • Marketing and RevOps partnership — acting as the operational backbone across the full marketing function, owning the systems, data, and reporting layer that connects strategy to execution  

Who You Are:  

You're a marketing ops or RevOps practitioner who genuinely enjoys being in the engine room - the kind of person who finds a broken workflow and can't help but fix it. You think in systems, you're fluent with data, and you know that the difference between a good campaign and a great one is often what's happening behind the scenes. 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Growth Marketing with a strong ops lean 

  • Deep working knowledge of HubSpot — marketing workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and reporting 

  • Comfortable across a modern RevOps and MarTech stack — you don't need to have used every tool we use, but you pick them up quickly 

  • Analytical and data-fluent — you enjoy being close to the numbers, building reports, and pulling signal out of funnel data 

  • A builder's mindset — you take ambiguous problems, design the system, and ship the solution 

  • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit
