The Opportunity
    

Are you ready to elevate your marketing career? Join Resolution Life as a Senior Marketing Manager, where you'll be a key player in our cross-functional Squad. Your mission will be to drive innovative marketing and customer engagement initiatives, working closely with top-tier marketers and stakeholders from Product, Business Partnerships, Customer Engagement, Customer Strategy, Operations, Digital, and Legal teams. This role blends B2B and B2C strategies, allowing you to showcase your marketing expertise and create impactful campaigns that captivate and retain our customers.
 

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll design and deliver marketing activities that drive increased retention and digital adoption. Your ability to leverage data and analytics will ensure our campaigns enhance customer experiences and boost retention rates. You’ll gain a deep understanding of Resolution Life’s business model, regulatory landscape, and market trends, identifying engagement opportunities and incorporating insights from subject matter experts. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential to executing customer and adviser engagement marketing deliverables with precision.
 

We are looking for a marketing professional with a proven track record in end-to-end campaign management, strategy design, copywriting, journey mapping, and stakeholder management. You should possess excellent communication, time management, strategic assessment, and decision-making skills, along with a strong knowledge of marketing technology and behavioural science techniques. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, you'll be ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a lasting impact. Your Story

  • 7+ years experience in developing and delivering marketing strategy & solutions within the financial services industry

  • Proven track record in devising, developing and executing B2B, B2C marketing and communications strategies and tactics

  • Strong end-to-end campaign management knowledge and experience, including use of marketing technology

  • Experience in working across multiple disciplines including marketing, product, customer strategy, customer engagement and business partnerships

  • Evidence of experience that has required broad influence and execution with key stakeholders

  • An understanding of complex business models and value chains

  • Marketing degree or relevant commercial degree
