A day in the life

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll shape and deliver the marketing plan for PEXA Exchange. This is a hands on role that combines strategy with delivery, giving you the opportunity to set the direction and bring the work to life.

One day, you might work with Product and Customer Operations to understand a customer challenge and improve their journey. The next, you could develop a launch plan for a new feature, review campaign performance or partner with Corporate Affairs on communications that strengthen trust in the PEXA Exchange brand.

You’ll bring teams together around clear priorities and work closely with channel owners and subject matter experts to deliver campaigns. As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll also be comfortable writing copy, building campaign assets and working directly across channels when needed.

About the role 

This role exists to strengthen customer trust in PEXA Exchange while increasing engagement with its products and features. You’ll own the marketing strategy and prioritised plan, then take an active role in delivering it. Using customer insights and data, you’ll identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention and the overall customer experience.

It’s an opportunity for a strategic marketer who enjoys staying close to delivery and wants to influence the marketing direction of a platform central to Australia’s property industry.

Key capabilities:

  • Strong product and brand marketing experience within an established product or customer environment
  • Ability to turn customer insights and business priorities into clear marketing strategies and practical plans
  • Experience improving product adoption, engagement and retention through lifecycle marketing and customer journey optimisation
  • Confidence influencing and coordinating stakeholders across Product, Technology, Customer Operations, Risk, Legal and Corporate Affairs
  • A hands on approach to delivering campaigns across multiple channels, supported by strong project management and data analysis skills

What success looks like (6–12 months):

  • Building trusted relationships across Marketing, Product, Customer Operations and other key partner teams
  • Developing a clear, prioritised marketing plan for PEXA Exchange
  • Delivering campaigns and customer communications that improve feature adoption, engagement and customer experience
  • Establishing meaningful measures to track performance and guide ongoing improvements
  • Strengthening the quality, clarity and consistency of the PEXA Exchange brand across customer channels
