If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.

We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Join our team at Infios! Take a leading role in building and scaling field marketing across Asia Pacific for a global supply chain technology company. As Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, you will own the regional marketing strategy, campaign execution, budget, and pipeline contribution while partnering closely with regional sales leadership and global marketing teams. This is a hands-on build role for someone who enjoys creating structure, moving quickly, and turning market opportunity into measurable business impact. If you are entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and comfortable being both the strategist and the doer, this is an exciting opportunity to shape how Infios grows across APA

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Build the APAC marketing plan from the ground up, including market prioritisation, target account definition, channel mix, budget allocation, and a quarterly campaign calendar aligned to regional sales objectives.
  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, events, webinars, digital and social activity, partner co-marketing, and customer advocacy programmes.
  • Own regional pipeline contribution by setting, tracking, and optimising inquiry, MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets across the funnel.
  • Operate as a self-sufficient regional marketer, setting priorities, managing agencies and contractors, and scaling the marketing function as the business grows.
  • Adapt global programmes and messaging for APAC buyers while partnering closely with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and local relevance.
  • Support sales with account-based marketing initiatives, localised content, customer references, and sales enablement materials that accelerate the buying process.
  • Own the regional marketing budget and measure performance through cost per lead, pipeline contribution, ROI, and business impact reporting.
  • Test, measure, and optimise marketing programmes, continuously refining strategies, channels, and tactics to improve business outcomes.

What you bring to the team:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, value-added software, or services solutions sold to demanding customers.
  • Experience building marketing programmes from a standing start, such as a new region, market, product launch, or function.
  • Strong balance of strategic planning, budget ownership, and hands-on campaign execution.
  • Strong demand generation and digital marketing skills, with fluency in marketing automation and CRM platforms; Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Commercial understanding of lead scoring, funnel stages, MQL/SQL definitions, pipeline attribution, and ROI reporting.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain is a strong plus, along with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and apply them to selected target markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the credibility to present to senior stakeholders internally and externally. Additional APAC language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage several activities at once, meet deadlines, and deliver clearly defined results.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and proven ability to work autonomously across multiple APAC markets, demonstrating strong communication skills, adaptability, empathy, and accountability.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
