  • Strong collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels (with a focus on senior leaders)
  • Financial and organisational acumen: Experience with owning an annual events budget and comfortable with juggling multiple events and priorities at once
  • Data-driven mindset: Experience with measuring and analysing event ROI to continuously improve outcomes
  • Customer-centric approach: A focus on delivering exceptional attendee experiences that align with Culture Amp’s mission
  • Ability to travel for regional events: Roughly ~25% of your time (when and where permitted)

Additionally, these preferred qualifications would indicate a particularly strong candidate…

  • Experience with effective pre and post-event campaign journeys for high-investment events
  • Account based-marketing experience
  • A "builder" mentality - excels at establishing processes, scaling programs, and bringing ideas to life

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
