Job Description

Are you a marketing all-rounder who loves a fast pace, can juggle competing priorities, and thrives on making a real difference? Join a purpose-driven division delivering life-changing therapy and Positive Behaviour Support services to people with disability across Australia.

As part of the MedHealth NDIS Services Division, you'll be supporting high-impact brands including Outcomes Connect Australia, and other specialist therapy providers – each dedicated to helping people with disability achieve their goals.

You’ll lead campaigns, shape strategy, and execute creative and effective marketing and communications that connect with a range of audiences including clinicians, participants and their families, referrers, and internal teams. This is a key role as we enter an exciting period of growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive the execution of our annual marketing and communications plans for Outcomes Connect Australia and other brands.
  • Create high-quality content for digital and print – including socials, email, flyers, website and internal communications.
  • Manage campaigns from end to end – briefing designers and agency partners, tracking performance, and refining along the way.
  • Support internal engagement and culture-building communications.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and a supportive, tight-knit team.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, including time in a senior or lead role where you've juggled multiple priorities and audiences.
  • A passion for creating engaging, on-brand content and campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and projects with confidence and care.
  • Strong time management and project coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of the disability, healthcare or NDIS sector (ideal but not essential).

Why join us?

  • You’ll work across brands that make a real impact – supporting people to improve their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
  • Flexible working arrangements – work from home and across our hubs.
  • Opportunities to lead exciting projects and shape brand direction.
  • A supportive, down-to-earth culture where your ideas are valued.
  • Room to grow – be part of a large and growing organisation with real opportunities to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and advance your career.
  • [Other EVP features you think are valuable to highlight].

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
