A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Planning & Performance Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager MDU Products, where you will join the team based in Melbourne or Sydney.
A bit about your role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of fibre upgrade KPIs across demand and customer experience. Through rigorous commercial analysis combined with deep customer and operational insights, you will build the fact base that enables informed trade‑off decisions across sales, marketing, customer acquisition and retention. Your work will help nbn achieve its fibre upgrade, customer growth and revenue targets while shaping the strategic direction of key initiatives. Central to your remit is informing the optimal path to copper exit and supporting the scaling of CMDU migrations in a way that balances operational efficiency, customer needs and commercial outcomes.
A bit about you
You are someone who excels at synthesising complex data into clear strategic recommendations and crafting compelling narratives that drive action. You bring strong commercial acumen and a passion for understanding customer behaviour, operational impacts and market dynamics. You thrive in an environment where your insights shape executive decision‑making and where your ability to balance commercial, customer and operational considerations directly contributes to nbn’s success. If this sounds like you, it’s likely you enjoy solving complex strategic problems and influencing decisions at senior levels.
