About the role

Are you a commercially minded partner sales leader ready to build, scale and lead a high-performing national channel?

This is an opportunity to lead and grow Aussie Broadband’s Partner Sales business, shaping the future of our partner program and driving sustainable national growth.

Reporting to the General Manager – Enterprise & Government Sales, this role is responsible leading a team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Pre-Sales Specialists dedicated to the Partner channel. You’ll be accountable for transforming and scaling the existing Symbio referral and reseller channel into a market-leading Aussie Broadband Partner Program.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Partner Sales team across business development, account management and pre-sales.
  • Design and execute the transition of the Symbio Partner Program into the Aussie Broadband Partner Program.
  • Develop the partner strategy, operating model, commercial framework and go-to-market roadmap.
  • Build scalable referral, reseller and strategic partner models that support customer acquisition, retention and growth.
  • Review and optimise partner commercial models, commission structures and incentive frameworks.
  • Recruit new strategic referral and reseller partners nationally and strengthen executive-level partner relationships.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations, Engineering and Customer Experience to deliver strong partner and customer outcomes.
  • Drive sales execution, pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, partner engagement and measurable revenue growth.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience leading sales, partner, channel or enterprise teams in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with partner models, commission frameworks, pipeline management and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner programs, operating models or go-to-market strategies.
  • Confident leadership capability, with a focus on coaching, accountability, collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across sales, commercial, marketing, product, finance and operations teams.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance commercial outcomes with strong partner and customer experience.
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, managed services or a related sector will be highly regarded.
