We are looking for an authentic leader with experience across all areas of digital performance to lead a team of digital professionals (4 direct and 4 indirect reports) to help grow our business.

You preferably have with experience in financial services, strong SEO/SEM experience, a website management background and an understanding of digital channel and media modelling mix to generate, optimise and convert leads.

Reporting to the GM – Marketing & Digital, you have an understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, have worked with Customer Data Platforms and have strong analytical and commercial skills. A strong people leader, you are able to get the best out of the team and can focus on delivering strategy and meeting targets, while remaining agile enough to meet short term requests from stakeholders.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital performance 
  • Strong SEO/SEM background (including Google Analytics)
  • Website management/growth/journey experience
  • Lead generation and conversion through paid online advertising
  • Understanding of digital channel mix & media mix modelling
  • Adobe Experience Cloud understanding – specific focus in Analytics, Target, Campaign, CDP. (Adobe Experience Manager exposure desirable)
  • Experience with Martech and leveraging Customer Data Platforms
  • Strong Communication, Analytical and Project Management Skills
  • Experience leading a team and managing senior stakeholders
