The Opportunity

Cochlear has an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Digital Optimisation based in Australia. This role improves the performance, reliability and measurability of digitally powered campaigns by championing campaign set-up excellence, metadata and tagging best practice, and the effective use of data products across marketing teams. Working across Journey Production, Digital Analytics, MarTech/IT and Regional Marketing, this role connects campaign delivery, optimisation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive campaign set-up excellence, metadata governance and tagging standards.

  • Improve campaign measurement, reporting and optimisation outcomes.

  • Translate data and insights into practical recommendations for marketers.

  • Enable teams through training, documentation, playbooks and stakeholder support.

  • Lead issue identification, triage and continuous improvement activities.

  • Partner with analytics teams to improve dashboarding, reporting and data adoption.

  • Influence stakeholders across regions and functions to improve ways of working.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Qualifications in analytics, data or a related discipline, combined with strong exposure to digital marketing and customer journey design.

  • Experience turning data and insights into meaningful stories that influence marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.

  • Experience working in large, data-rich organisations with complex products, such as telecommunications, financial services, FMCG, consulting or similar enterprise environments.

  • Understanding of regulated data environments and data requirements across different jurisdictions. Global experience is not essential.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, educate and build alignment across analytics, technical and marketing teams.

  • Not a traditional campaign analyst. You bring a broader capability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, connect different functions and drive better business outcomes.
