We’re seeking a collaborative and entrepreneurial marketing professional to Senior Manager, Advisor Marketing at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. Reporting to the Head of Marketing in Canada, this role will partner with Advisors to understand their growth goals and deliver strategic support across digital media, social content, email, and website marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives and content development for CG Wealth Advisors.
  • Partner with internal experts to create effective content calendars and social media plans.
  • Guide Advisors in using digital tools, including Salesforce, for client engagement and lead generation.
  • Ensure all Advisor communications align with CG brand standards and are properly approved.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative/media partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Advisor teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience focused on client management in the wealth management industry, gained either on the client side or through agency work.
  • Proven ability to lead digital and social content initiatives, with strong writing and creative skills; design experience is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication, along with solid project and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with experience managing direct or cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Passionate about communications and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
