About the role:
We’re looking for a seasoned loyalty leader to drive the next chapter of customer engagement across Australia and New Zealand. As Senior Loyalty Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with millions of customers— leading the strategic direction, product development and delivery of loyalty propositions that drive measurable value.
You’ll be at the heart of a team that’s curious, collaborative, and driven to make a difference. This is a unique opportunity to lead innovation, champion data-led decision making, and deliver loyalty programs that create genuine value for our customers and drive growth for the business.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a commercially minded, customer-obsessed leader who thrives in complexity and knows how to bring people together to deliver results.
This role will be based in our National Support Office in Burnley - VIC where we support hybrid working.
What’s involved:
You’ll lead the end-to-end strategy and product roadmap for Bunnings’ consumer loyalty programs, working closely with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Technology and Data.
You will:
Define and evolve our loyalty product roadmap and value proposition roadmap to meet customer needs and business goals
Drive innovation in how we personalise experiences and engage customers
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed loyalty across digital and in-store journeys
Leverage data to inform strategy, measure impact, and optimise performance
Manage key strategic partnerships with Flybuys, OnePass, and external vendors to deliver seamless, integrated experiences
Own the loyalty product lifecycle — from ideation and design to execution and iteration — ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery
Who we’re looking for:
You’re a strategic thinker and influential leader with a proven track record in customer strategy, or CVP/product development. You’re comfortable working in complex environments, love solving problems, and know how to bring people together to deliver results. You are customer centric, data-savvy, and always looking for better ways to deliver value.
You thrive working in a collaborative environment and building strong relationships to drive shared success. You are passionate about empowering your team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You bring a product mindset and take ownership of delivery — with a focus on loyalty as a long-term value driver, not just a marketing lever.
You’ll need:
Proven experience in loyalty program strategy, product ownership, or CVP design
3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives or teams in a complex environment
Deep knowledge of loyalty program loyalty program strategy, product ownership, or CVP design
Experience with digital platforms, CRM, loyalty enablement technologies, and data governance
Commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and experience using data to inform decisions and demonstrate value
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
A tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, business, or a related field
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
