This is more than a technical leadership role—it’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll guide teams across geographies, influence architectural decisions, and elevate engineering standards. Your leadership will directly impact delivery quality, team performance, and the evolution of our cloud and AI-enabled engineering capabilities.

Working closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps, you will help ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and commercially effective—powering critical industries globally.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead Engineering Teams: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of developers across multiple locations.

• Drive Technical Excellence: Provide hands-on leadership across design, development, and code quality practices. 

• Deliver Scalable Solutions: Ensure robust, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned to business needs. 

• Strengthen Engineering Practices: Champion modern development practices including CI/CD, testing, and code standards. 

• Enable Cloud & AI Adoption: Advance AWS cloud capabilities and promote practical use of AI-assisted development. 

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or engineering leadership role. 

• Strong hands-on development expertise in Java and enterprise application environments. 

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (design, testing, security, maintainability). 

• Experience with Agile delivery, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Exposure to AWS cloud technologies and modern architecture principles. 

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to improve systems, processes, and team performance. 

• Excellent communication skills and experience working across distributed, cross-functional teams.
