As Senior Key Account Manager for Strategic Accounts, you champion the brand’s vision, voice, and values with customers who shape culture, set trends, and influence the consumer journey at scale. Acting as the trusted strategic partner to the Teamhead of Strategic Accounts, this position is responsible for translating brand ambition into marketplace impact, ensuring our identity, innovation, and product stories come to life with clarity, purpose, and distinction.
You will steward some of our most visible and culturally significant retail partnerships, crafting assortments, narratives, and long‑term strategies that elevate brand heat, strengthen consumer connection, and drive sustainable growth. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how brand strength and commercial execution intersect, and who can ensure our brand shows up with consistency, credibility, and distinction across every touchpoint.
Take ownership of relationships that shape the entire marketplace. You’ll set the strategic direction for our most influential Style accounts, steer senior‑level conversations, and create long‑range plans that strengthen partnership, brand impact, and commercial momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the multi‑year strategic roadmap for accounts such as JD Sports and Foot Locker.
Build and deepen senior relationships with Buying Directors, Merchandise Managers, and key decision‑makers.
Align customer needs with global brand priorities to drive sustainable growth.
Translate global concepts, innovation stories, and brand direction into commercially relevant strategies.
Joint Business Planning & Commercial Growth
Drive the commercial engine behind our highest‑visibility retail partnerships. You’ll build aligned business plans, unlock new opportunities, and turn data, insight, and consumer demand into growth that both the brand and the retailer can feel season after season.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute joint business plans with key strategic partners.
Identify whitespace opportunities and drive growth across categories and channels.
Own financial planning, in‑season management, and reforecasting to deliver strong sell‑through and margin performance.
Accelerate category expansion, strengthen full‑price sales, and optimise profitability.
Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Leadership
Lead the full seasonal journey from concept to retail execution. You’ll unify product, planning, and marketing to deliver assortments and stories that land cleanly, sell through strongly, and reflect the brand with precision in every launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead GTM execution for JD Sports, Foot Locker, and other strategic Style accounts.
Build seasonal assortment strategies rooted in insight, demand, and customer relevance.
Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across product, planning, marketing, and operations.
Maintain commercial discipline on buys, flow, forecasting, and execution excellence.
Marketplace Management & Performance Optimisation
Own what happens on the floor. From sell‑through to inventory to lifecycle performance, you’ll control the key levers that keep the brand sharp, profitable, and positioned exactly where it needs to be in a fast‑moving marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strong sell‑through performance and manage product lifecycle decisions.
Maintain disciplined inventory management and optimise product flow.
Protect brand equity through smart marketplace decisions around pricing, mix, and positioning.
Use data, analytics, and market insights to strengthen performance and identify opportunities.
We’re looking for a senior commercial operator with the capability to lead high‑stakes accounts and influence cross‑functional teams with clarity and confidence.
Required:
Proven experience managing major retail or strategic accounts within footwear, apparel, sports, lifestyle, or a similar category
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue, margin, and growth
Deep understanding of the retail landscape and the drivers of sell‑through performance
Demonstrated ability to lead senior customer relationships and influence key decision‑makers
Strength in GTM, assortment planning, forecasting, and financial management
Ability to convert brand strategy into actionable, commercially grounded plans
High emotional intelligence, relationship maturity, and cross‑functional leadership capability
Ideal:
Experience with global brands, multi‑category portfolios, or style‑led accounts
Strong analytical ability and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making
