Key responsibilities
- Leverage expertise and experience with WOW methodologies to coach andembed principles and artefacts within teams to support adoption of ways ofworking and optimise productivity across Telstra
- Design complex insight solutions related to E2E software metrics cutting across Code Quality, Code Merge, Code Build, Testing, Agile Delivery, Code Deployment, and Operations.
- Design integrations and associated business roles with key tech-stack applications, viz-a-viz, SonarQube, GitLab, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Zephyr, BMC Remedy, New Relic etc.
- Design, build and run multiple data analytics and visualisation solutions using Microsoft Fabric Platform capabilities.
- Design, build and run multiple business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate etc.
Essential Experience
- Strong Implementation experience in
- DORA – Software Delivery Performance Metrics, Flow Framework – Value Stream Metrics, CICD Metrics, Quality Metrics
- Program/Domain/Project Reporting/Tracking and Insights
- Customised Planning and Scheduling for large scale Agile delivery
- In-depth understanding of JIRA backend configuration and ability to holistically solve business problems across a wide variety of JIRA configurations and templates
- Proven Technical Expertise in using
- API integration of JIRA to build insights
- Basics in Database Technologies – MySQL, Oracle, Cloud
- Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataflows, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps
- Experience working as part of large programs of work with ability to directly manage stakeholders
- Software Engineering Dev-ops Practices, Applying relevant Agile Practices, SDLC
- Automated email alerting and notification frameworks
- Ability to drive Continuous Improvement with multiple teams based on metrics
- Strong Experience in defining best practices and improvement strategies based on metrics
- Strong communication skills, Growth/Learning mindset, Problem Solving, Team player
