Senior Integrated Producer - 9 month Fixed term

Join Xero’s HUB, our in-house creative and production team within the Brand and Marketing function. You'll collaborate with marketing teams to manage a roadmap of prioritised projects, taking campaigns from brief to delivery.

As an Integrated Producer, you’ll work closely with creatives to scope, conceptualise, and deliver work—from large-scale campaigns to quick-turnaround tasks. You’ll oversee day-to-day production, ensuring high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a positive creative culture.

You’ll also manage stakeholders, clarify project outcomes, and coordinate with external vendors to set everyone up for success.

What you'll do

● Collaborate with Integrated Producers and Digital Delivery Managers to effectively manage workloads.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

● Ensure milestones are approved on time for timely project delivery.

● Develop project plans, schedule tasks, and manage resources in Adobe Workfront, ensuring accurate reporting.

● Oversee correct briefing, budgeting, and sign-off processes.

● Manage production decisions, expectations, and communication with stakeholders.

● Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to meet deadlines and deliverables.

● Foster a positive, focused creative culture within the team.

● Work with Digital Delivery Managers to create landing pages and update content in Adobe AEM.

What you'll bring

● Proven ability to craft inspiring briefs and manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and budgets.

● Expertise in production across various media, including print, video, motion graphics, landing pages, and digital advertising.

● Strong project management skills with experience handling both quick-turnaround campaigns and long-term initiatives.

● Agency or similar production experience, collaborating with senior creatives, studio teams, and external vendors.

● Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of being a trusted partner to marketing stakeholders.
