Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
We're the Automation Platform team, part of the Teamwork Platform in Atlassian. We're on a mission to bring Automation to all teams. Think of IFTTT or Zapier for the Enterprise. We're building an Automation platform that is powerful, scalable, safe, and flexible - one that both internal and external teams can use and extend equally. We also own product experiences and features that get used by real end-user. We started out by building Automation within Jira, JSW, JSM and Confluence. We're now on a mission to power the next generation of automation across the entire set of Atlassian Cloud products, including automation for Rovo Agents, Atlassian's GenAI offering.
Our biggest customers now depend on Atlassian Automation and we are hard at work scaling the platform to support this growth. The platform also provides leverage for product teams across Atlassian to deliver automation capabilities, supporting fast innovation and the creation of new products.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
