About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft engaging digital content, campaigns, and assets for one of our most important MEA clients. As a graphic designer, you will create compelling visual designs for diverse marketing channels, primarily focusing on digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality digital marketing assets.
  • Translate creative briefs into actionable design briefs.
  • Ensure designs align with client expectations, target audience, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with teams including designers, copywriters, and creative leads to deliver integrated visual designs.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay updated on design trends and practices.
  • Create sketches, mockups, and style proposals to kickstart new projects.
  • Manage the design process, from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide and accept constructive feedback to enhance design quality.
  • Maintain an organised system for files, ensuring accessibility for team members.

About YouThe essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Arabic speaker and high level of English.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing time efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
  • A creative thinker who can approach problems with innovative solutions.
