We’re looking for a Senior Functional Consultant who loves turning complex business problems into smart, scalable solutions. You’ll lead discovery, design, and delivery across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, working closely with clients and delivery teams to build solutions that actually get adopted.
What you’ll do:
Lead functional discovery and stakeholder workshops
Design & configure solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse & D365 CE
Act as a trusted advisor to clients
Drive high‑quality delivery in agile teams
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT or digital delivery roles.
Proven experience leading functional discovery and requirements‑gathering sessions.
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear functional designs.
Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, including: Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas), Power Automate & Dataverse
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
Experience working closely with technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, including customisations.
Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
Comfortable working in agile, fast‑paced environments.
Able to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
