Fresh Clinics is building the operational and compliance infrastructure that lets nurses and doctors launch and run leading cosmetic injectable clinics — underpinned by a world-class software platform, medical compliance support and a fantastic community. You'll own the FP&A function end to end, while building the planning, reporting and decision support capabilities of Fresh news for its next stage of growth.
What you'll do- Lead long-range financial model, annual operating plan, and rolling forecasts, helping translate company strategy into clear financial targets and investment guardrails.
- Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to inform executive tradeoffs across growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
- Own cash flow and working capital forecasting and support capital management, ensuring the business maintains financial flexibility while supporting growth.
- Own the monthly performance and management reporting cycle, providing clear insight into performance versus plan, underlying drivers, risks, opportunities and required actions.
- Partner with functional leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes, challenge assumptions and improve accountability for performance against plan.
- Support Investor engagement and Board communications, preparing high-quality materials that synthesize financial performance, risks, opportunities, and forward outlook.
- Own and continuously improve FP&A tooling, reporting architecture and financial data models, leveraging automation and AI to improve speed, accuracy and decision support.
- Strong FP&A and Strategic Finance experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with demonstrated experience building or materially improving budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- You combine strategic thinking with a bias for action and build trust through curiosity and follow-through.
- You have embraced AI and enjoy building and improving systems, processes and ways of working, not just maintaining them.
