A bit about your role
The Senior Analyst, Forecasting is responsible for producing accurate and timely forecasts to support workforce capacity planning across defined geographical areas. This role ensures that forecasted demand aligns with operational capabilities, contributing to the effective coordination of service delivery.
The position involves analysing historical data, identifying trends, and developing forecasting models that inform operational planning. Forecasts are delivered with clear commentary to support decision-making and maintain alignment between supply and demand. Collaboration with stakeholders across Field Services, Customer Products, and Operations is essential to ensure forecasts are relevant and actionable. The role also contributes to the ongoing improvement of forecasting tools and processes.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in forecasting, analysis, and reporting, preferably within a technology or infrastructure environment. A strong analytical approach and the capability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively are essential.
Experience in Anaplan is highly regarded, given its central role within the team’s planning processes. Familiarity with data modelling, Alteryx, SQL, and coding is also considered advantageous, supporting a data-driven approach to analysis and problem-solving.
Clear and confident communication is important for engaging with stakeholders and presenting insights in a meaningful way. A structured and collaborative working style, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to ongoing process improvements, will be key to success in this role.
