WHAT YOU’LL DOWe are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team. You will build and maintain financial models, deliver deep analysis, and drive insights that support Bestow’s growth initiatives and strategic objectives.
In this role, you will:
Structure, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to executives
Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, presenting analysis, communicating insights, and supporting strategic initiatives with clear, concise narratives
Partner closely with functional leaders and budget owners to provide operational analysis, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive business performance
Support quarterly and annual budgeting cycles, dynamic forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
Develop insights leveraging key SaaS financial metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, net revenue retention) to inform executive decision-making and investor reporting
Assist in the preparation of Board materials, investor reports, and other high-visibility deliverables with precision and executive polish
Prepare monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual variance analyses, with clear commentary and action-oriented recommendations
Lead frequent ad hoc financial analyses and cross-functional projects to support senior leadership and evolving business priorities
Support the buildout and maintenance of financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment) to enhance scalability and operational efficiency
Operate as a generalist across Bestow’s business units, gaining broad exposure to different functional areas and strategic initiatives
You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Finance. This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates seeking high-impact experience within a dynamic, high-growth strategic finance organization.
WHO YOU AREB.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or other technical fields
3–5 years of FP&A experience at a fast-growing enterprise software / SaaS company OR 2–3 years of investment banking experience
Superior financial analysis skills, including comfort with complex modeling and scenario analysis
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; experience with Anaplan, Pigment, or similar financial planning tools preferred
Familiarity with SaaS operating metrics and business models (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention)
Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated self-starter mentality
Exceptional presentation skills and attention to detail
Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with an ability to distill complex information into clear, data-supported narratives
