We’re looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. If you're a finance professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and leadership skills, this is your chance to make an impact in Retail and Ecommerce finance across Australia & New Zealand.
Your Impact – What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, and take ownership of core financial accounting processes while contributing to improvements that keep us lean, fast, and future-focused.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and processing accounting journals, including monthly accruals and provisions
Managing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the fixed asset register
Overseeing intercompany reporting, treasury functions, and cash forecasting
Managing corporate credit card processes and supporting payroll accounting
Completing royalty, stock, and embellishment reconciliations
Supporting statutory compliance including ABS and Payment Times Reporting
Assisting in the preparation and lodgement of BAS and broader tax obligations
Collaborating with auditors and supporting the annual statutory financial statements
Working with Accounts Payable to review and approve payments
Driving system and process improvement initiatives
Ensuring alignment with accounting policies and all relevant regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For – Your Skills & Experience
We want ambitious, detail-driven professionals who bring expertise, energy, and enthusiasm to the team.
- CPA/CA qualified professional with experience in Retail and/or FMCG (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a cost-conscious mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of IAS and financial compliance standards
- Ready to step into an exciting, high-impact finance role
