The Role

This isn't a back-seat accounting role. You'll own the numbers from daily journals and reconciliations through to month-end close, P&L and balance sheet reporting and statutory and regulatory submissions. You'll be working at the intersection of finance, operations, treasury and risk in one of the most dynamic product lines in our business.

If you've been waiting to get your hands on something genuinely new i.e. digital asset accounting, complex transaction flows, systems that are still being built - this is it.

As our Senior Financial Account, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Owning the end-to-end financial accounting process for Crypto including journals, reconciliations and month-end close
• Preparing and reviewing P&L and balance sheet reporting with variance analysis
• Applying accounting treatment for digital assets and inventory management
• Designing and reviewing controls and validating sub ledgers
• Leading regulatory and compliance reporting and responding to internal and external audit queries
• Partnering with operations, payments, treasury and risk teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements
• Contributing to system implementations and expansion into new regions

About you:

• CA or CPA qualified (or working toward it) with 5 to 7 years of experience
• Solid ownership of month-end close, you know what good looks like
• Experience in Financial Markets is essential with Crypto and trading experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with ERP systems, ledger integrations and intermediate to advanced Excel
• Someone who's curious, accountable and thrives in a fast-moving environment
