About this opportunity
Design, implement, operate, and improve Endpoint Privilege Management capabilities using CyberArk EPM, with focus on least privilege enforcement, privilege elevation, application control, Just-In-Time access, policy governance, and secure endpoint operations.
Key responsibilities
• Design and implement Endpoint Privilege Management solutions aligned to enterprise security standards and least privilege principles.• Administer and manage CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, including agent deployment, upgrades, lifecycle management, and policy configuration.• Define and enforce application control, privilege elevation, trust, script, user, file system, threat protection, and JIT access policies.• Conduct policy governance through regular reviews, health checks, monitoring of privileged activities, and risk-based improvements.• Support privilege-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.• Implement controls to block unauthorized or restricted applications and reduce endpoint privilege exposure.• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application teams, and CyberArk vendor support to resolve complex issues and enhance platform capabilities.• Drive automation and operational efficiency using PowerShell and related scripting approaches.• Work independently with minimum supervision while maintaining a positive and cooperative approach in high-pressure situations.• Support ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes, including out-of-hours and on-call support when required.

Must-have capabilities• Hands-on CyberArk EPM design, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting• Strong knowledge of privilege elevation, application control, least privilege enforcement, JIT access, and policy governance• L2/L3 technical support experience in enterprise endpoint security operations• Root cause analysis, SLA-driven incident handling, and ITIL practices• PowerShell scripting and automation mindset• Strong stakeholder collaboration, self-motivation, multitasking, and resilience
Preferred or learnable capabilities• Agile/DevOps ways of working• ISMS controls implementation and security compliance experience• Experience improving operational efficiency through automation and governance dashboards
Qualifications
• Academic degree, minimum bachelor level, in Engineering, IT, Telecom, Cybersecurity, or related field.• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure, endpoint security, or privileged access management experience.• Experience with technical operations, deployments, incident management, problem management, change management, and on-call support.
