About the Role 🤔
Quad Lock is looking for a Senior Demand Planner who'll play a key role in strengthening Quad Lock’s global demand planning capability and improving forecast quality across the business. Partnering closely with the Planning & Inventory Manager, this role brings strong analytical and system expertise to support effective S&OP and better commercial and operational decision-making.
Working cross-functionally, you’ll provide insight-driven forecasting, coach best practices, and proactively drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and behaviours. This is a hands-on, change-oriented role for someone who takes ownership, challenges the status quo, and helps lift planning capability at scale.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
