- Support S&OP demand reviews through insight-led analysis and scenario modelling
- Monitor forecast performance and provide clear recommendations to improve accuracy and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with the Global Supply Planner to align demand with supply and inventory execution
- Act as the in-house Logility expert, supporting system optimisation and capability uplift
- Translate complex data into clear insights that inform commercial and operational decisions
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in demand and market trends, recommending actions to mitigate challenges or capitalise on opportunities
What You'll Bring 🤝
- Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes
- Proven experience in demand planning or related roles within retail, consumer goods, or wholesale

- High-level analytical capability, with the ability to interpret ambiguity and support decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional decision-making and influence senior leaders
- Confidence in applying sound judgment to adjust demand assumptions when data is inconsistent
- Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting their implementation
- Collaborative, proactive working style, with the ability to partner with leadership while operating autonomously when required
- Proficiency with planning systems (Logility preferred) and ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF CPF/ACPF) are highly advantageous #LI-CG1
