As a Senior Data Scientist at Mable, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of data science initiatives spanning multiple business domains. Whether it’s optimising customer experiences, driving operational efficiencies, or unlocking new growth opportunities, your work will have a direct and measurable impact.
You'll be joining a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll apply your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI to develop innovative data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge infrastructure, and have the chance to work on initiatives that include generative AI, advanced analytics, and experimentation.

What will I be doing?
- Lead the development of machine learning and AI-driven solutions to support strategic business initiatives across different domains.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experiment and optimise by designing A/B tests and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, analysts, and UX designers to operationalise models and analytics solutions.
- Develop scalable and production-ready models that drive business impact.
- Communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leverage Mable’s robust data infrastructure and cloud-based platforms to build, deploy, and monitor models in production.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and adopting emerging technologies, including generative AI.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years of industry experience in building and deploying data science solutions.
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- A solutions mindset with a strong motivation to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and MLOps tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS, etc.).
