What you will do

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting major transformation activities and maintaining the integrity of our core data assets.

  • Conduct analysis of complex data problems to drive actionable insights.

  • Assist with the implementation of high-impact Transformation activities.

  • Support the implementation of next-generation matching algorithms.

  • Accountable for improving the quality of data assets through detailed analysis and investigations.

  • Lead and participate in Data Quality (DQ) meetings to drive continuous improvement.

  • Utilize newest technologies and Cloud Computing to perform Big Data analytics.

  • Engage with global resources and participate in relevant training and development courses.

  • Operate within an agile framework, maintaining discretion and flexibility in your work.

  • Lead and mentor other junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

What experience do you need

  • 5+ years of professional experience working as a Data Analyst.

  • A degree in a relevant field, preferably Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.

  • Excellent Presentation skills for communicating findings to all levels of the business.

  • Strong Stakeholder management abilities.

  • Strong business analysis skills, including expertise in requirements gathering.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization, utilizing BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Strong coding skills in Python and SQL

  • Strong written communication skills for technical and commercial reporting.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to connect data to business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. 

What could set you apart

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud environments.

  • Relevant Cloud certifications.

  • Prior experience working within the credit industry

  • A willingness to drive AI usage, not just for personal productivity, but to transform how we work.
