What you will do
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting major transformation activities and maintaining the integrity of our core data assets.
Conduct analysis of complex data problems to drive actionable insights.
Assist with the implementation of high-impact Transformation activities.
Support the implementation of next-generation matching algorithms.
Accountable for improving the quality of data assets through detailed analysis and investigations.
Lead and participate in Data Quality (DQ) meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Utilize newest technologies and Cloud Computing to perform Big Data analytics.
Engage with global resources and participate in relevant training and development courses.
Operate within an agile framework, maintaining discretion and flexibility in your work.
Lead and mentor other junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
What experience do you need
5+ years of professional experience working as a Data Analyst.
A degree in a relevant field, preferably Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Excellent Presentation skills for communicating findings to all levels of the business.
Strong Stakeholder management abilities.
Strong business analysis skills, including expertise in requirements gathering.
Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization, utilizing BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
Strong written communication skills for technical and commercial reporting.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
What could set you apart
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud environments.
Relevant Cloud certifications.
Prior experience working within the credit industry
