We’re on the lookout for a Senior Creative with a strong blend of strategic thinking and creative execution, someone who can confidently lead high-impact campaigns, spark bold ideas, and move people to action. In this role, you’ll shape and drive the creative direction across key client accounts, bringing a deep understanding of the not-for-profit sector, fundraising, audience behaviour, and marketing effectiveness. You’ll fuse insight, storytelling, and innovation to deliver work that truly makes a difference.
You’re not just a big thinker - you’re also a strong executor. You bring clarity to briefs, elevate ideas, and confidently guide multidisciplinary teams from concept through to delivery. You help clients and teammates feel supported, challenged, and empowered, even when the stakes are high.
This role is part-time (0.8 across 4 or 5 days per week) and can be remote, aligned to Australian Eastern Time.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead multiple creative projects concurrently across diverse channels and formats.
Shape and clarify creative briefs in collaboration with client and internal stakeholders.
Develop campaign concepts, brand territories, propositions, and storytelling frameworks that resonate emotionally and drive action.
Own the creation of high-quality deliverables, including digital, video, social, print, OOH, email, and more.
Facilitate and host workshops for senior stakeholders with confidence and autonomy.
Stay across industry trends, audience behaviour, and campaign effectiveness - bringing insights to shape better work.
Tailor content to customer journeys across platforms and channels, ensuring fit for purpose and aligned to campaign goals.
Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, project management, media, and client service teams.
Present work persuasively, adapting storytelling to suit different stakeholder needs.
What We Need You To Have:
Proven experience in a Senior Creative or equivalent role in an agency setting.
Experience and understanding of not-for-profit fundraising, behaviour change, advocacy or social impact campaigns.
Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills across channels and mediums.
Deep knowledge of digital, social, and emerging media - and how to use them effectively.
Ability to work independently and lead others with confidence, clarity, and care.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
