About Us:
Cushman & Wakefield's Advisory+ team is growing, and we’re looking for driven and experienced Senior Consultants with a background in real estate or infrastructure advisory to join our dynamic team. Advisory+ is a newly established business across APAC, designed to deliver advanced advisory services that address complex projects. These go beyond traditional commercial real estate to tackle the broader economic, social, financial, and commercial challenges of the built environment. We work across diverse sectors including private, corporate social, and government infrastructure—covering traditional real estate, sports, education, justice, transport, and mixed-use development. We also specialise in urban regeneration and portfolio optimization.
As a Senior Consultant in Advisory+, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative, strategic solutions to a range of clients, from private developers to government entities. You will support key projects, provide critical insights, and help shape the direction of high-profile infrastructure and built form development strategies.

Job Description

We are open to applications from individuals based in Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and develop high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and proposals, including infographics and pitch materials.

  • Support project teams in delivering bespoke, evidence-based solutions to complex problems, providing clients with strategic, data-driven recommendations.

  • Utilise analytical methods to assess issues, provide recommendations, and ensure solutions are delivered within time-sensitive environments.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and supporting their career growth while promoting a positive work-life balance.

  • Deliver value-for-money recommendations, specifically related to property and built environment development strategies for both private and government clients.

  • Ensure high-quality, effective communication with clients and stakeholders, managing project deliverables and ensuring they meet professional standards.

About You:

  • You’re a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning and development.

  • You have experience in real estate or infrastructure advisory, with a focus on feasibility studies, business case development, valuations, and planning. Experience in built form across commercial and social infrastructure is highly regarded.

  • You have a solid understanding of financial modeling and are comfortable working with relevant tools and models.

  • You possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling you to manage projects and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Familiarity with government business case requirements and sector-specific guidelines is desirable but not essential.
