We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workers Compensation team at Mercer Marsh Benefits as a Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation will build trust with clients and stakeholders, providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges while leading a national Client Service team.
We will count on you to:
- Build trust with clients and foster collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
- Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
- Improve clients’ performance through effective risk mitigation methods
- Project manage client deliverables and maintain daily relationships with clients and their executives
- Recommend suitable solutions based on client analysis activities, including claims, premiums, and policy structures
- Mentor colleagues in business development and professional growth
What you need to have:
- Relevant Degree (desirable)
- Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a closely related role
- Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
- Current Driver’s License
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
