We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workers Compensation team at Mercer Marsh Benefits as a Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation will build trust with clients and stakeholders, providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges while leading a national Client Service team.

We will count on you to:

  • Build trust with clients and foster collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
  • Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
  • Improve clients’ performance through effective risk mitigation methods
  • Project manage client deliverables and maintain daily relationships with clients and their executives
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on client analysis activities, including claims, premiums, and policy structures
  • Mentor colleagues in business development and professional growth

What you need to have:

  • Relevant Degree (desirable)
  • Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a closely related role
  • Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
