Job Description

Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth or Adelaide (this role can be based in any of these office locations)

Your Opportunity 

We are seeking a TechOne Principal Consultant to join our growing KPMG TechnologyOne Enablement Team. You will lead TechnologyOne ERP solution delivery, shape client transformation programs, and work with senior stakeholders to build KPMG’s national TechnologyOne capability. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design and delivery of TechnologyOne CiA implementations, upgrades and enhancement projects 
  • Provide senior functional leadership across TechnologyOne ERP solution design, configuration and optimisation 
  • Lead client workshops, requirements gathering sessions and solution design discussions with senior stakeholders 
  • Oversee TechnologyOne delivery activities across areas such as Financials, Supply Chain Management and/or Property & Rating and or Asset Management  
  • Support integration, interface design, reporting, analytics, Publisher and Performance Planning workstreams 
  • Lead and mentor project team members, supporting capability development across the TechnologyOne Enablement Team 
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey 
  • Contribute to business development, proposal activity and the growth of KPMG’s TechnologyOne capability

  • Significant ERP consulting experience, ideally with TechnologyOne ERP 
  • Significant end to end experience Implementing TechnologyOne Financials, Supply Chain Management and/or Property & Rating and or/ Asset Management  
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation, upgrade or enhancement projects 
  • Strong functional and business process expertise, with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions 
  • Proven experience engaging with senior business leaders, executives and C-level stakeholders 
  • A proactive leadership style, with the ability to mentor teams, build trusted client relationships and contribute to business growth
